Coffee Ramblings

Vietnamese coffee is served by having your cup with thick condense milk while a small tin chamber containing dark Vietnamese coffee drip
slowly into your cup. Vietnamese coffee is to enjoyed slowly not rush or placed
in a styro cup rush off to work . As the black aromatic liquid tends to be
served steaming hot you have to wait and relax pretty much how people here look
at life.

The coffee was wonderful one of the best cups I ever had. and
I plan to come back for more.

It was a lazy wet Saigon afternoon
I had brunch after doing some banking chores at the local HSBC. I order Nasi
Goreng  with chicken Satay for my brunch. It was a good meal in a very nice cafĂ© called
Highlands ,Vietnam version of Starbucks .

Nasi Goreng was tasty but still lacks in spices ,the way my
palate told me but a good meal none the less. and for 80,000  VND dong about  $5.00 it was value for money considering it
included my coffee and a small bottle of mineral water.
